I’m Dani, nice to meet you!
From enduring ball-to-face collisions on the soccer field, to pounding the pavement in local races, to navigating the collegiate swimming scene, athletics have always been an integral part of my identity.
Post-college, I jumped back into the world of athletics, experimenting with both the new and the old: Road races, ultramarathons, trail running, and triathlons. Being on-foot feels so natural and primal. I love all of the details you can see when you view tiny parts of the world, on-foot.
I hope to cultivate a community of like-minded people share a passion for the outdoors and all kinds of fitness. No matter the distance you go, the pace you set, or the type of movement you prefer- this space welcomes you!
this is why I’m here
To explore the simplicity of wellness through on-foot adventures
As a licensed occupational therapist, I value the use of evidenced-based information to guide health and wellness. This blog won’t drown you in science or article summaries, but I’m all about weaving in research-backed data and anecdotal experiences into our discussions. My aim is to simply share content that’s inspiring, holistic, and focused on wellness.
